Na-validate ng Anti-Money Laundering Council ang labing walong (18) transaksyon na kabilang sa affidavit ni former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV, kasama ang tatlong kunektado sa drug lord.
Ayon kay Justice Panel Chairperson Gerville Luistro, for the record, eigtheen out of eigtheen transactions na randomly selected mula sa Sinumpaang Salaysay ni Sen. Trillanes ay kinumpirma ng AMLC.
Sa Annex I ng attached documents ni Trillanes na may titulong “Sammy Uy Payouts to Sara Duterte and Family,” na may tatlong transaksyon, kinumpirma ito ng AMLC na kabilang sa kanilang report.
Sa random selection ni Rep. Leila de Lima, napili nito ang five (5) entries sa Annex A, dahil sa titulong “transactions from joint accounts of Rodrigo Duterte at Sara Duterte at binasa ang amount at petsa para ipa-cross check sa AMLC.
Lahat naman ito ay kinumpirma ni AMLC Executive Director Ronel Buenaventura, at sinabi na “all the dates and amounts just read into the record had similar transactions in the AMLC report.
