Ang mga tinukoy na partido ay ang Office of the Prosecutor, defense counsel ni Duterte, legal representatives of the victims, at Office of the Public Counsel for Victims.
Sinabi ng ICC na alinsunod sa statutory framework, dapat rebyuhin ang pre-trial detention ng akusado, kada 120 days.
