Nakatakdang magbukas sa 2028 Manila ang Banyan Tree, isang luxury hospitality brand na kilala sa kanilang pinagsamang ‘elegant luxury residences and sustainable practices’.
Tinawag na Banyan Tree Manila Bay, ang bagong property na ito ay inilunsad noong Martes sa Cove Manila sa Okada.
Ang Phase 1 ay binubuo ng isang hotel, residences, at retail area, kung saan mag-e-enjoy ang mga guest at client ng “true luxury in their own private sanctuary in the bustling city.”
Ang Banyan Tree Manila Bay hotel ay mag-aalok ng ‘mix of rooms and suites’ para sa mga traveller na naghahanap ng ‘rejuvenating retreat’ na may pasilidad kabilang ang swimming pool, fitness center, signature restaurant and bar, at iba na makikita Banyan Tree hotel and resort, kasama ang Podium Area na may meeting facilities at Banyan Tree Spa and Gallery.
“It is definitely a very exciting time for the luxury real estate market right now in the Philippines. Investors are always looking for the next big thing.
