Inumpisahan na ng state-run Land Bank of the Philippines ang pag-waive ng fees sa mga piling online government payments, kabilang ang school fees at bill payments, sa pamamagitan ng QRPH.
Ayon sa Landbank, ang zero-fee policy para sa person-to-government transactions via QRPH ay hanggang sa Dec. 31, 2026.
Kabilang sa eligible payments ang fees sa mga institusyon, gaya ng National Government Agencies, Government-Owned and -Controlled Corporations, Local Government Units, Water Districts, at State Universities and Colleges.
Kasama rito ang pagbabayad para sa police clearance, real property taxes, business permits, at iba pang dues.
