Sinalubong ng mainit na pagtanggap ng pamunuan ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) si United Kingdom Foreign Secretary James Cleverly sakay ng BRP Melchora Aquino (MRRV-9702) sa Pier 13, South Harbor, Manila.
Ang pagbisita ay nagpakita ng patuloy na pangako ng UK sa Indo-Pacific, at pag explore, ng mga karagdagang pagkakataon upang makipagtulungan sa Pilipinas bilang isang kasosyo at mapalakas ang mutual security and prosperity.
