Sisimulan na ngayon araw ng Lunes, May 15, ang distribusyon ng mid-year bonus ng mga empleyado ng gobyerno.
Ayon sa Dep’t of Budget and Management, ang mid-year bonus ay nakapaloob sa 2023 General Appropriations Act, at katumbas ito ng isang buwang basic pay ng kuwalipikadong kawani na nakapag-trabaho na ng apat na buwan o higit pa mula noong July 1, 2022.
Dapat din ay nasa serbisyo pa sila hanggang ngayong araw, at kailangang mayroon silang satisfactory performance rating.
Kabilang sa mga tatanggap ng mid-year bonus ang civilian personnel na regular, casual, o contractual, appointive o elective, full-time o part-time sa executive, legislative, at judicial branches.
Kasama rin ang mga nasa Local Gov’t Units, Constitutional Commissions at iba pang constitutional offices, State Universities and Colleges, at Government-Owned or -Controlled Corporations na saklaw ng compensation and position classification system.
Kasama rin ang personnel ng Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine National Police, Philippine Public Safety College, Bureau of Fire Protection, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Bureau of corrections, Philippine Coast Guard, at National Mapping and Resource Information Authority. —ulat mula kay Harley Valbuena, DZME News
