Nagkasa ng raid ang pinagsanib na pwersa ng D.A. for Inspectorate and Enforcement, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, PNP-CIDG, at Philippine Coast Guard, sa Icy Point Cold Storage Processing Corp. sa Lapu-Lapu cor. North Bay Blvd..
Nasamsam ang 99 na kahon ng golden pompano, 114 boxes ng frozen pangasius fillet, 33 boxes ng deep sea golden pomfret, 144 boxes ng frozen na galunggong, 133 boxes ng salmon head, 22 boxes ng salmon belly, at 14 boxes ng salmon whole.
Ang mga produkto ay natuklasang walang Certificate of Necessity o Sanitary at Phytosanitary Import Clearance, at maituturing itong paglabag sa Anti-Agricultural Smuggling Act, Food Safety Act, at B-FAR Fisheries Administrative Order 1-9-5.
