Naglabas ang Department of Education ng internal memorandum na nag-aatas sa lahat ng regional at division offices na tukuyin ang public school teachers na bahagi ng Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT).
Nakasaad sa memorandum na inisyu ni Education Undersecretary for Operation Revsee Escobedo na lahat ng regional directors at school division superintendents ay obligadong magsumite ng listahan ng ACT-affiliated teachers na bahagi ng Automatic Payroll Deduction System ng ahensya.
Una nang inireklamo ng naturang grupo ng mga guro sa International Labor Organization si Education Secretary Sara Duterte dahil sa umano’y pag-redtagged sa kanila. —sa panulat ni Lea Soriano
