Pinangalanan din si Nolasco Mempin bilang Undersecretary ng Department of Education, at Noel Baluyan bilang Assistant Sec.
Hinirang din si Aileen Manalo bilang acting Chairperson ng APO Production Unit Inc., habang nag-appoint din ang pangulo ng mga bagong opisyal sa Department of Environment and Natural Resources, National Tripartite Industrial Peace Council, National Wages and Productivity Commission, Authority of the Freeport of Bataan, at Philippine Domestic Construction Board.
