Sa datos ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), tumaas ito ng 127.2% o P394.45 billion mula sa P173.61 billion noong 2022.
Kabilang sa investment pledges ay mula sa investment promotion agencies na binubuo ng Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB), Board of Investments, Clark Development Corp.(CDC), Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), at iba pa.
Nakapagtala ng pinakamataas na total approved foreign investments ang Netherlands na may P345.76 billion, sinundan ng Japan, P31.37 billion, at Singapore, P4.99 billion.
Nakakuha naman ng malaking halaga ng nasabing mga puhunan ang electricity, gas, steam, at air conditioning supply industry.
