Inadopt unanimously ng House Committee on Labor and Employment ang draft committee report para sa substitute bill para sa Trabaho Centers.
Layon nitong i-institutionalize ang Trabaho Centers sa lahat ng siyudad at bayan, at pagkakaroon ng job placement offices sa mga educational institutions.
Pangunahing objective ay lumikha ng accessible at integrated employment service centers sa local level na ang target ay mga local job seekers.
Bukod sa lokal na komunidad, magkakaroon din ng ganitong center sa mga eskwelahan para ilapit sa mga graduating students at working student.
Naniniwala si Cavite Cong. Ramon “Jolo” Revilla III na siyang chairman ng komite, pinalalakas at inilalapit nito ang employment opportunities sa Pinoy workers.
Isinasaayos din nito ang koordinasyon ng national gov’t agencies, LGUs, at industry stakeholders sa tiyak na employment services at labor market needs.
