Inirekomenda na ng House Committee on Appropriations na tapyasan ang budget ng Office of the Vice President.
Sa meeting ng executive committee na dinaluhan ng 48 kongresista, inirekomenda nito na tapyasan ng ₱1.293,159 ang proposed 2025 budget ni Vice President Sara Duterte.
Dahil sa pagtapyas, ₱733, 198,000 million na lamang ang natira sa budget nito mula sa orihinal na hinihingi na ₱2.027 billion.
Ang mga tinapyas ay ang mga sumusunod: ₱200 million for supplies; ₱92.408 million para sa consultants sa ilalim ng personnel services; ₱947.445 million financial assistance; ₱48.306 million renta/lease expenses; at 5-million for utility expenses.
Inilipat naman ang kabuuhang kinaltas na ₱646.580-million sa Medical Assistance to Indigent and Financially Incapacitated Patients ng Department of Health, at ₱646.579-million sa AICS ng Department of Social Welfare and Development. —ulat mula kay Ed Sarto, DZME News
